It is drawn on a 10\" by 5 1/2\" piece of paper, glued on the ends to a slightly larger piece of paper. Written in pencil on the back of the comic strip itself is \'Daily Herald\'. I cannot identify the artist. Good vintage condition. Please feel free to ask questions.
