This listing is for a VictorianScottish sterling silver brooch set with bloodstones, agate (jasper?) and acitrine (or similar) central cut stone.
The brooch has a registered design mark onthe back that dates it to 1867. Itmeasures 3.3cm across. It is a verybeautiful brooch and the silver work is in perfect condition. Unfortunately some of the stones are missingfrom their settings – but this is not as noticeable as it could be because thepitch that the missing stones were set into makes it look like there is stillsomething there –see photo’s for more details.
