ORIGINAL East German (DDR) strichtarn (\"rain-camo\") winter field jacket, size g44 (US size 32\"-40\" chest). This jacket is MINT, UNISSUED, UNWORN, and PERFECT! Has NVA markings, is a 1974 issue jacket, and has the rare early features: Smooth nylon interior lining (not the later diamond-quilted type), exposed knit cuffs that do not retract into the cuffs, and the old-style grey pebbled plastic buttons on the sleeve pockets. Original strichtarn winter jackets are impossible to find, especially in unissued condition.
