This exquisite antique Edwardian era white Irish crochet lace long sleeveless vest jacket dates from 1910. It is made of an off white cream color handmade Irish crochet lace with a dense heavily created raised three dimensional flower leaf design, connecting thread picot ornamented bars and detailed meshwork. This lovely lace loose fitting sleeveless vest style jacket is a long mid hip length, with an open front, no closure and is sheer, unlined. The top measures 26 inches long, with a 38 inch bust, 36 inch waist and 36 inch hips. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a rare and exceptional, quality made piece of wearable antique Irish crochet lace art!
