Have a little underwater scene on your desk to secure your papers so they don\'t blow away. I believe this is made of acrylic, but it is possible it is glass, by I am leaning toward acrylic as it is being used for more and more things like fish tanks. There are 2 goldfish that are painted, but on the inside of the paperweight, swimming around a multicolored free form central decoration. There is a small chip on the bottom edge, I didn\'t notice it until I got it home. There is a a small pinprick dot and a scratch also in the bottom, there is a ovoid groove in the bottom also and that may have had something to do with the process of making this. The paperweight looks like blown glass, but I don\'t think that is how it is done. There are bubbles here and there to also make it look like an aerated fish tank. Cute conversation piece for your desk or whereever. It is 4\" high, base is about 1 1/4\" X 1 5/8\".
