ELEGANT EWER or PITCHER + 6 GLASSES Art Nouveau, Secessionist? French? RARE:
$375.00

This is one of the most beautiful sets of glassware I have ever seen. Pitcher / tankard is about 11 and 3/4 + inches tall but seems taller. The glasses are about 5 1/2 inches.
This is a one of a kind item and is so rare that you can search and search the internet and only find a handful of pieces that look anything like it. If you are a glass lover then this is something you should add to your collection. Was told it was in the Fritz Heckert Style although I am thinking Vienna or France.
The piece has been in may family for 100 years at least. From what I have read I would say this embraces Egyptian and modernstyle from traditional patterns using mixedwith organic and abstract patterns & shapes.
The glass is hand blown and enameled.
The 6 glasses are in excellent condition. The pitcher is in excellent condition It does have has a smaller hairline stress line that is not a through and through and does not run the length. Photo of line included. The glasses would individually sell for at least $100.00 per piece so the cost of the pitcher it self is nothing now. I do not want to break up the set.
Had it appraised in 2000 with a Palm Beach Appraiser, we both looked for a mark but could not find one. His appraisal was WAY too high but he thought it had to be worth thousands because of its\' beauty.
Please feel free to contact me if you need to have more photos and or have information.
I have implemented the following policies because in all of my 70 + transactions or so there has been confusion in the 2 items that were returned as has changed some of their policies. In over the past year and 1/2 ; one was because the buyer changed their mind and the other wasreturned because it was broken by USPS. ( the only item ever hurt by USPS and I have shipped Lalique etc. with them. I am not a regularmerchant and the items I have sold all belonged to my family. I am professional whatever the case and items that I have soldcontinually get high buyer ratings. I want my buyers to be happy.
