English Antique 1845 Porcelain Hand Painted Footed Compote, Coalport?, Minton? WELCOME TO MARIE CROFT ANTIQUES!
This ad is for a mid 19th Century English hand painted porcelain compote possibly by Coalport or Minton. A delicate floral bouquet is in the center of this compote with pink, cobalt blue and gold scroll rim decoration. There is a very early English registry mark impressed on the back - not legible - possible 1845.
Age: Mid 19th Century
Measurements: Approximately 9\" in diameter with a height of 2 1/4\"
Condition: Surface scratches in the center and use wear to the gold around the rim but, otherwise in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks.
