For sale is a Pre-Griswold “Erie” Cast Iron Skillet. This piece has been properly cleaned and seasoned once by collector approved methods. There are no cracks, no pitting, no warpage, no rust, and no repairs. There are some tiny utensil marks and imperfections on the cooking surface which can be clearly seen in the photos. A little bit of wobble can be detected when pressed along the rim of the skillet. It can be corrected by less than a business card. This is normal. It is a casting flaw where the sand shifted on the bottom.
