An Excellent solid silver Victorian pear shaped half pint tankardwith crested front andfloral embossed sides and rear all in fantastic undamaged condition, the internal gilding stillintact and bright. The hallmarks are still clear and legible. The engraving to the base reads \"William Evans Hoyle 1855\".The tankard is hallmarked for London 1854 and was made by Daniel and Charles Houle. It would make a wonderful addition to any antique silver collection.
