This is an exceptionally high qualitysolid silver cigarette case from Persia dating from the late 19thCentury. The case is covered with the highest quality chase work of birds andflowers. The interior to the case is engraved with a dedication. I am not sureof the silver standard, but given the overall high quality, it is likely to bea high grade. There is a hallmark to the interior, I am not sure if this is amakers mark or silver standard.
The case measures 14.5cm x 8cm and weighs 227g

The condition is very good, there areno faults. There is a slight undulation to the surface.
