Exquisitely Detailed Vintage Victorian Sterling Silver 925 Persian Cat Figurine :

This sale is for a gorgeous piece of sterling silver art! I purchased it recently at an estate sale in Atlanta. I do not know the age of the item but was told that the lady had had it \"all of her life\" and that it was kept in a curio cabinet.
This figurine is of a Persian cat, and stands almost 3 1/2\" in height. She is also about 3 1/2\" across the front from her furthest paw to the other side and is about 3\" from front to back. It is hard to measure something that is not flat, of course, so I am saying about. She weighs 7.58 ounces (or 214.8 grams), according to my jewelry scale. I am not sure if this is solid sterling silver or if it is weighted. It does not feel hollow.The marks on the bottom say 925 and something stamped in a little rectangle that looks like 3 initials that that I cannot read. Additionally, the letter \"A\" or \"R\" is in a square and 10 (divided by symbol) 15g. That is the best I can do, as far as the description. If you recognize these marks, please let me know.Extremely minor shelf wear on the bottom, but does not detract from the beauty of this figurine.
