We make the extra effort to package your items securely and ship them promptly so they arrive safely & fast. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing. USA orders for handbags & shoes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All jewelry items ship USPS First Class Mail with USPS Priority Mail offered as a shipping option. We encourage customers to take this option for combined shipping of jewelry purchases as we usually can safely fit up to 12 small jewelry items into one Priority Mail small flat rate box.All shipping costs are clearly posted in each of our listings. Shipping costs vary by item type and are determined by the weight, size and packaging requirements. All shipments in excess of $250.00 require signature confirmation. In support of our military members, we ship to all APO/FPO military addresses.Sorry, we do not ship to private P. O. Box addresses.
If an item is damaged in shipment please retain the shipping container and all packing materials. Please take photographs of the damage to the shipping container, all packing materials, and damage to the item and forward them to us. This is often a requirement by the insurer to settle the claim.
