You arelooking at an extremely rare and near impossible musical toy to find. It iscalled a Revotina which was an Italian musical toy. I am not sure where this was made, but I can\'t find it or anything like it, except in the Baumann Collection. Given that, that one is made from cardboard, which from my research was common in the early 20th century. When I got this it was in pieces, but I got it back together and working. There are somethin brass strips in the pressure fit wheel inside the cylinder that acts as notes. Holding it with the handle pointing down you spin it clockwise direction and it produces a musical pattern that sounds like DO DO DO DO DUM DUM withthe wire seen at top occasionally striking the silver chime on handle that produces a TING like sound. Very cool. I\'m putting a price on it, but I really don\'t know where to start or end on this, it\'s impossible to price.The lithography is top notch and is very Victorian to me.
