I found this neat little basket, many years ago, at an estate sale, of a diversified, affluent collector! I acquired many various pieces, at their sale, more than 25 years ago. Although my main interest, is in antique porcelain, I found this little gem, along with the old cinnabar, and Nailsea vases, which are also listed for sale, at this time !The size, colors, and condition of this basket, along with the intricate detail, shown in it\'s creation, made it a must have, when I first saw it ! Now that we\'re both retired, and living on a fixed income, it\'s time to try to supplement that, by letting go of some of our many finds, we\'ve acquired over the years, for someone else to enjoy ! I know absolutely nothing, of the history of this little gem, except to say, it was expertly crafted, and appears it was Never Used !!! Along with the natural color, a red and purple dye were used, to create the beautiful pattern or design !It measures 7 \" long, by 5 1/4 \" wide, and 2 3/4 \" tall, with lid applied !
