One of the most rare and sought after Polish army bayonets. This has been designed a code of Wz.88 or Wz.88 . This is a German made WWI ersatz bayonet that was converted to use in Polish army after WW1, into WW2.
Serious collectors know what it is and how scarce they are. The scabbard has a lot of the green paint left on it, and the proper polish acceptancemarks, W or M in a square. The high resolution photos should show all the details. The bayonet is actually nicer than the photos show, but please use them as the guide for judging the condition.
