FANTASTIC ANTIQUE FEDERAL CLASSICAL STYLE SOLID WOOD NEWEL POST BELLEVUE KY. ESTATE SIZE: 41\" high x approx 8\" square at top and 6\" square at base. This post has an older finish showing wear with minor scratches and nicks from age and use. Appears to a cherry finish over oak. A very nice smaller size. The openings are where the post connected to the upper and lower railings. This is the nicest one I have had. The upper staircase match to this post that goes at the other end of the staircase is also listed by us.
