Important Information about Your Order: If you'd like to make changes to your order, including cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items, you must do so within one hour from the time you submit the order by calling us at 1-800-845-3452. Order changes can only be made via phone during Customer Service business hours (Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm EST).
Once your order ships, you will receive a 'Shipment Confirmation' email with detailed tracking information.
Important Information about Your Shipment: Orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping; if you place your order after 1pm EST, the first day of processing may be the next business day.
If you have selected ground, our packages are delivered via Fed Ex Smart Post. Ground packages are delivered on Tuesday - Saturday from 8am - 8pm; there is no Sunday or Monday ground delivery. Please allow 48 - 72 hours before your updated tracking information is displayed on fedex.com.
If you order footwear and apparel items in the same order, you will receive those shipments in two separate boxes at no extra charge to you.
Important Information about Your Billing: If you pay by PayPal, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account when you place the order.
We take our responsibility to detect fraudulent orders very seriously. As such, we follow PayPal's recommendation to not ship packages where the billing and shipping information do not match the transaction details provided for in the PayPal holder's account. We will cancel and refund ANY order where this is the case. We hope you will work with us to prevent needless fraud.
