Item: - Solid Sterling SilverCoffee Pot

Description: -This is a superbGeorge Vsolid sterling silver tea coffee. Thecoffee pot is is crafted with a carved painted wood handle, a plain and unembellished body,standing on a round pedestal base,and a swan necked spout. Thisvintage coffee pot is fitted with a hinged domed hallmarked cover which is surmounted with awood andsilver finial. The makers mark is S&P (Sanders & Pedlingham). Thecoffee pot is inexcellent condition having never been used, just the usual surface marks from storage.

Engraving: - Engraved to the base \"PRESENTED TO Mr P.W. MERCER, by his colleagues in the Town Clerks Office, Southport. AUGUST 1926\"

Measurement: - Thecoffee pot measures 18.3 cm from handle to spout. Thecoffee pot measures 18.5 cm in height.

Weight: - 335.3 grams /10.78 troy ounces

Condition: - The coffee pot is in excellent vintage condition. The coffee pot appears to have been unused. Very light surface scratches present commensurate with age. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
