This listing is for a colorful and finely painted Chinese porcelain plaque most likely dating to the first half of the 20th century. The plaque depicts a figure carrying a spear in one hand and a sword in the other. Riding with him is a small child who appears to be picturing in his mind a dragon which is depicted above. The top right hand side of the image has a small group of writing most likely depicting the scene. It comes framed with the frame measuring 16.5 x 11.25 inches (42 x 28.5cm). Condition of the plaque appears to be excellent and displays beautifully. (#4609-1)
