Return Policy
You can initiate a return for most new & unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. You must return items in new & unused condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment. You must ship your items within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items.

Keeping Your Items in Returnable Condition
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

- Jewelry:

To return a jewelry or watch order that falls within our standard 14-day return policy, send your item back for inspection.
An expert jeweler inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to stringent guidelines. Only Couture, LLC accepts only new, unworn, unbroken, and non-altered items for return and refund.
Condition requirements: Looks new, unworn, no evidence of wear, and needs no refurbishing; in original box/tags/manuals/pouches/etc; attached Mylar tags must be unbroken and untempered.

- Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Please always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
- Clothing: Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment and remove jewelry before trying on garments to prevent snagging.
- Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sleepwear, consumable products, and items marked FINAL SALE.

Defects and Returns Due To Our Error:
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you must contact our customer service immediately after delivery. Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned for a full refund. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Only Couture, LLC cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. So, please pack carefully with extra padding and boxed for protection. Any damaged returns will be sent back at the buyer\'s expense. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Refunds & Processing Time:Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the return to be processed. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You can get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we\'ll credit your account.
