VERY NICE FOR IT\'S AGE!!FDR\'s significance is that of US legend and during these Depression times a leader that contributed mightily in getting us out of those dark days. This MOTY award was given with those ideals held high. An excellent collectible for any fan of Time magazine, it\'s history and the history of US. Almost worth the price of the magazine just to see the ads of the day!!

I put acceptable as a grading as it is the closest description I could honestly state. There is obvious wear on the corners and the spine although still intact should definitely be handled carefully. Any questions on its condition, feel free to ask me. I hope this goes to the history buff!!
