Offered for your consideration is a Fred Bear Compass Kodiak II with the RARE walnut riser. The walnut risers were the earliest Kodiak II\'s and were only produced for the first few months. This is reflected in the early serial number that you can see in the pictures. It is 60\" AMO and factory rated at 50#. It is a shooter, but it is mandatory to use a bowstringer on this bow! Twisting the bow if you don\'t use a stringer can break the bow. I\'ve always used a bowstring to shoot this bow and I\'ve shot it quite a bit. It is a GREAT SHOOTER and launches an arrow with authority. The limbs are straight and the tips are in excellent condition. There are no holes either drilled or filled. The compass works great, but it does have a small crack that I tried to show in the pictures. The string shown in the pictures was borrowed from another bow for the pictures and to shoot it and itis NOT included in the sale. Shipping will be $22 within the USA.
