If rates calculate unreasonably high (West Coast Area, Midwest, or anywhere else) please message us as savings are often possible via Regional and Flat Rate shipping depending on size of item and your destination. The calculators don\'t always show these options but we are glad to manually check for possible savings.

We have also seen glitches in the calculators, i.e. $50 shipping for a priority package 5# in weight from our zip code to Nebraska for example, which is not even close to actual rates, so again if rates seem excessively high please message us, we are happy to check shipping alternatives to save you $$$.

We strive to ship out all orders within 1 day of payment. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, however we are at the mercy of the carrier regarding shipping rates. We utilize USPS for our shipments because of their continued reliability, safe handling , expeditious delivery times, and performance consistency. We choose to use USPS for the best assurance that your package will arrive on time and intact.

We accept PayPal for sale payments. Our one day handling time for processing orders begins AFTER payment is received and we are notified by PayPal that the order is Ready to Ship.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping).
