We are offering for sale a lovely Regency period silver teapot.

This good-sized,Georgianteapot is of the very highest quality. It has many wonderful features demonstratingitssuperior class: the fabulous acanthus leaf decoration to the underside of the high spout and at both handle joins, the carved handle and finial, the superb flush hinge to the cover and the high Regency style of decoration - demi-fluting and gadrooning.

Theteapot is in excellent original condition and bears an original engraved crest to the centre of the body. The pot stands on a pedestal foot, below which the hallmarks are located.

This is a really fine piece with asuper hefty weight that just exudes the very highest quality. Highly recommended!

CONDITION: Excellent. The carved handle has some natural shrinkage cracks
