anti-qs Store REGIS ROCKOLA 1488 120 PLAYS STEREO .The light is a bit bright in the photos for there is more pink original color to the buttons and background of the chrome stereo sign than shown .
This box came to me years ago for my personal collection and has never
been on the collectors market.
She came from a old R & B Soul Juke Joint in Mussel Sholes Alabama to me via a Professor at the college in Tuscaloosa Ala .I would have enjoyed putting a 220 Volt up stepper unit and taken to England,Germany and other markets over there , as you know this model is big there and
any buyer with shipping connections and overseas is welcome here to buy Her .In 1961 popular car colors of Ford... Aquamarine Blue .Corinthian White and Palm Springs Rose -Pink , framed in car like chrome .The REGIS 1488 .All is working with strong sound but the turntable motor.
The electricoutlet for it works so it is in the motor.
I don\'t have the time to order a another and the proper rubber grommets .
The motors are out there on today and can be had at a average of $ 50.00 Today I replaced the old worn belt with a proper new one from Victory Glass . I have found and included three of the correct pink vintage lettered push C ,E, and Vbuttons to replace the one A pink of and the later 2 Rockola 1962 Princes dark pink color later added ones. They were some times replaced because of cigs resting burns . She does crank right up and needs
the selector sequences adjusted. Years ago I used to have the Professor talk me over it on
the phone but Idialed him and was told he passed away .
3 correct Rockola diamond
needles and the newer repair manual included . Also included will be 7 new old stock originalBLANK SEEBURG DUPLEX TITLE STRIPS each with 12 record strips. She Needs oiling so included 1 half can of vintage Singer oil
and one new tube of the proper grease that is recommended . I never dusted her out and it needs it done .As you can see I paint remover ed the old added dark grey blue paint on
one side it took me only two hours . If one wants I will do the other side for free .
I like it as is .The top plastic dome light cover on its backside I used a miniature hot glue gun to close some tiny cracks and has washers butare not the original washers . Included but not shown with are 2 long effects plastic case light bulb defuse covers top one blue and bottom one red. They came with the box and when placed make it look dreamy .There is no under shade dome cover under the bottom door light, a easy fix .Also needs 2 selector small bayonet light bulbs that are easy to find .As you understand this is not a mint condition and there are Nicks and suchand have done my best to inform you and She is sold as is .
.
Of course I like the used vintage look , there are honest dings and such but with a few hours of yourtalent She will make a better Fine Looker and Player if you wish .Any ? that I might of missed please ask me and thank you for the time .Pick up info .Worldwide Overseas buyer are welcome .This is a buy it now with Paypal and paid with Paypal sale and a pick up only .
After payment I will give complete contact information and I have no problem if you want to
hire and use your own shipper be it overseas or U.S and will be here for the pick up .I have no info on any shipping company ,that would be up to you .You will need at least two bodies and I would think a appliance dolly would not hurt to move
this down stairs from a second floor Condo . I had two strong men bring Her up when I moved in .This is in Decatur Alabama , that is near by auto to Huntsville, Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville and Memphis .This box needs to be moved away before or up to 30 days after sale .
