FINE ANTIQUE JAPANESE CLOISONNE GIN-BARI DRAGON VASE FROM SHREWSBURY MUSEUM SALE in a black ground being sold as is condition. what a fine piece of craftmanship here. A beautiful piece with the incredible dragon figure in striking contrast to the dark ground. Stands: 6.25\" high by about 2.5\" in diameter. A very lovely example in a delicate form. Shows some slight damage from the tail, reaching below the tail (as shown) and a spot of damage near the rim (as shown). I could not find a signature, but I would say a very highly skilled artist contributed to this work of art.
