A stunning Victorian Art Nouveau Openwork \'Diamond Lozenge Shaped\' 9ct Gold Peridot & Seed Pearl set Holbein (Pendant/Brooch) dating to 1895(please study the detailed close-up photographs, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This wonderful Holbein can be worn as a Pendant or as a Brooch just as you desire; andonly requires the addition of a chain should you wish to wear it as a Pendant. It is centrally set with a round faceted Peridot in a collet with a millegrain edge surrounded by fine Seed Pearls in ornate gold foliate settings within an Art Nouveau \'diamond lozenge shaped\' openwork design.
Typical of the period this gorgeous antique Brooch/Pendant, which weighs 3.5 grams, is stamped with a maker\'s mark \'H&O\' on the reverse together with \'9ct\', confirming that it is made from solid 9ct Gold. It has the following dimensions: length approx\' 3.8cms (including the bail) by a width of approx\' 3.2cms; overall itis in superb condition & comes complete with it\'s original solid gold pin, hinge and clasp that all work perfectly.
