Gadrooned border to the base the top and repeated at the cast finial

In good order all round, clean bright and shiny

Fully stamped for WALKER & HALL Sheffield

Also stamped with Date-Letter for the year 1896

Dimensions: 10.5cm in diameter and 20cm in height
