This is a beautiful silver chatelaine calling card case. Very elegant with its delicate filigree design. There is a diamond shape on one side (both top and bottom) and a circle on the other, possibly for monagramming. Although very delicate, the chatelaine/calling card case is in VERY good condition. The original chain is still attached and in good shape. There is a slight \"crimply\" place that I took a picture of, but it is not bent out of shape. It has a nice patina and has been well kept over the years. No makers marks found. 3.5\" × 2.25\" .25\" wideI found this in a box of miscellaneous stuff from an estate. Love those kind of surprises!
