Fascinating old piece. Style, materials, and craftsmanship indicate early manufacture - style looks Georgian. The bezels look to be gold or gold foil over base metal. Gold anchor plate for pin on back. Stones look to be rock crystal. Some microscopic wear on faces of stones - again looks more like rock than glass. Found in Southern Wisconsin and is certainly an early immigrant piece - probably carried from New England, or Europe. Once properly cleaned, this one will be an eye-popper. Please examine all images.
