The envelope is inserted into a 9 3/4 x 9 inch cardstock cardthat can be inserted into a binder. The card has details and history about the subject of the stamp/envelope.The envelopewas produced by Artcraft and the information card was produced by the Postal Commemorative Society. The envelope and stamp are in mint condition, the information cards are invery goodcondition with no creases, bends, fading, or tears. There is some light acid burns along the edges.
