Fits: 1997-Up Harley Touring models with the fixed mount orthe detachable mounts.

For some newermodels, the holes might not match with the rack, need to drill new holes

Also fit the older models with the newer rack.

Note: No metal base plate, You need to drill the holes for the chopped backrest, locations of the holes are marked inside of the lid You can also install the wrap around backrest. Holes are marked inside of the lid.

If there is a clear and significant error in the listing, we will be happy to refund the entire cost of the item plus return shipping (equal to the shipping cost paid by the buyer)*.

If there is no error in the listing, we will provide a refund less shipping costs. If the item was sold with Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual postage cost from the refund.

The item must be returned within 14 days from the arrival date.The item must be in its original condition and never having been installed. Only the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and Handling fee is nonrefundable*.

No return authorizations are needed to return an item. Please just provide us with your full name on order and reason for return/exchange. Of course, all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Shipping

For Domestic shipments, we generally use USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation.

All items purchased Friday-Sunday are shipped the following Monday. However if there is a significant amount of orders made over the weekend your order will ship out on Tuesday at the latest.

USPS Priority mail generally takes from 2-3 business days (not guaranteed by the carrier however)

UPS Ground 5-7 business days

First Class International mail takes 10-15 business days. . . Additionally, if items have to clear customs that can delay the shipment further.

Certain countries have had extended delays in customs. Customs delays are beyond our control and are not included in the estimated shipping time.
