If I had a place to put this I would keep it. It\'s just gorgeous. We recently bought this at an estate of a serious collector of Asian Antiquities. I don\'t know a lot about it but it is absolutely beautiful. It\'s huge too measuring in at 26\" tall. It needs a nice space to display this properly. It\'s design is really, really cool. The main panels are decorated with a flying bird with a huge tail and a dragon that looks to be crashing around in the sea and trying to catch the bird. The interesting thing about this vase and something that sets it apart from many is that the bird and dragon are done in a raised relief design giving it almost a 3D effect and the scene is repeated on both sides. There is a lot going on if you study this piece but it is so classy and classical Chinese that it just shouts quality. The side panels are of a leaf and flower design and classic design on the bottom and top. This piece is not marked but is a special piece indeed. It\'s in fantastic shape with no chips or cracks that I can find and is ready to be displayed proudly by its new owner. The piece overall measures approximately 26\" x 11\" at its widest.We try very hard not to make mistakes but ultimately we\'re human.
