Up for sale is an amazing 5 egg dinosaur clutch. This is a very rare piece in outstanding condition. Specimens of this quality do not become available very often.
These eggs are believed to be from hadrosaurs or duck-billed dinosaurs. This clutch is from the cretaceous period. It was legally collected years ago. I purchased the clutch from Lowell Carhart, and it has been in my collection for several years.
The eggs are nicely inflated and the majority of shell is present. There is some minor scratching on some of the eggs from the preparation process. You can see some of the scratching in the photo with the ruler and the end photo highlighting the single egg. There could be other minor scratching in areas not seen.
