Framed Maxfield Parrish Print - HILL TOP - All OriginalHouse Of Art Maxfield Parrish print from 1927. Titled HILL TOP. All original with frame and back paper. This is the middle size for this print and a nice size to hang. Original back paper is here with House of Art label, paper is fragile with missing paper chips, tears etc. Print measures 12\" by 20\", frame measures 13-1/2\"by 21-1/2\". Condition: print has no problems, my photos make it look a little yellower than in person. Frame has some corner losses and worn & missing paint, but 98% intact. Restorable. High buyer pays shipping.
