FRANKLIN MINT PRINCESS DIANA IVORY PORTRAIT GOWN LAST ONE!

TheIvory Portrait Gown, also sometimes referred to as the Elysee Palace Gown, ismade of creamy white (ivory) satin with intricate metallic gold and silverthread embroidery as well as small seed pearls and rhinestones adorning thebodice front and back. The jewelryincludes a beautiful genuine fresh water pearl necklace, a replica of Diana\'sfavorite pearl/diamond drop earrings and the rare (Franklin Mint made only 2outfits with a replica of the QM Tiara) Queen Mary Tiara adorned with fauxdiamonds and pearls. Includes all sealed paperwork shipped with ensemble from the Franklin Mint.

Thisgown, designed by Victor Edelstein, was one of Diana\'s favorites. She wore it to the Elysee Palace in Parisduring an official visit on November 7, 1988 and in New York at a Wintergartengala dinner in 1989. Worn bothwith and without the matching bolero jacket, posing for a portrait taken byworld famous photographer Patrick Demarchelier, Diana wore the strapless gown (asreplicated by the Franklin Mint) with no jacket.

The original gown was Lot #80 of the Christy\'s sale of Diana\'s dresses and sold for $90,500.00.
