This is beautiful silver collector plate that was minted by theFranklin Mint in 1973. It is a Limited Editionand is numbered 03507. It is the first in an annual series of Franklin Mint Easter Platescollection and it is titled:The Resurrection by Evangelos Frudakis. The plate is solid Sterling Silver,which is marked on the back,and ithas 24 kt gold electroplate. It weighs approximately365 grams or11.74 troy ounces, and measures 8 inches across. It featuresa bas-relief sculpture of the original work entitled \"The Resurrection\" created by Evangelos Frudakis expressly for this limited edition, which has Christ in gold. The \"Frudakis\" name is marked on the front of the plate.The back of the plate reads:The Resurrection by Evangelos Frudakis, The First Franklin Mint Easter Plate, Solid Sterling Silver and 24K Gold Electroplate, Limited Edition, 3507, © with the Franklin Mint Mark, 1973.This is a quality plate that is in circulated condition.
