This "Sunrise in Gold" porcelain figurine from Franklin Mint was issued 1989. This statue is of a gorgeous young lady who is saluting the morning sun. In her graceful outstretched arm she holds a small crystal sun. Her diadem has small hand-painted 24 karat stars. Her gown is white and gold. Her light brown hair is pulled back with a decorative small gold star. The bottom of her dress is open revealing her slender legs. The design is reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
The statue stands at 10 1/2" in height. The length of her outstretched arms are 8 3/4".
