This is a big, bold, and heavy pendant made of sterling silver and a STUNNING Mohave Purple Turquoise cabochon by silversmith Fred Baca. I have attached this piece to a 10 strand liquid sterling silver necklace. The stone on this necklace is TRULY breathtaking...it is a vibrant purple with rust colored veins and flecks of blue. It sits in a fine saw tooth bezel which is surrounded by a heavy gauge twisted rope base. Including the attached bail the pendant measures over 3 1/2\" tall. It weighs a very substantial 16.8 grams. The necklace is 10 strands of tiny, micro liquid sterling silver. From the tip of one end cone to another it measures 15 1/2\" and has a full 3 inches of sterling extension making it wearable between 15 1/2-18 inches.The necklace slips easily through the bail so it can be used as a medium for multiple pendants. Both the necklace and pendant are in good condition with minimal wear consistent with age. This is a total knockout...it will NOT go unnoticed!
