Material: Chrome plated exterior with small brass ring around sealed photo of the Eiffel Tower andthingold gilt wash on the interior cavity

Hallmarks: TOUR EIFFEL PARIS (there appears there may bea hallmark on the closure tab, but it is undiscernible)

Condition: Rough, but not without inherent charm. You will find scuffs, scratches, tiny dings and marksthroughout withoxidation around the brass ring. The caseopens andsecurely closes by the pushtab closure,but is slightly warped and you can see by our photos that the top cover and the bottom cover do not match up very well when closed. Some of the gold gilt wash has worn or chipped off around the inside edges of the case, particularly near the push tab closure. Please be sure you realize this was designed for shorter cigarettes of days gone by, and the longer version of smokes made today will not fit upright under the cloth coated elastic band. Should you care to use this for longer cigarettes, you\'ll have to lay them in horizontally without using the band.

Notes: This is a special case that, while showing its age, has terrific character and appeal...and plenty of romantic nostalgia where this came from.
