Animated. Excellent condition! No cracks or chips. The see-saw works. The only issue I see is the snow base seems to have a hint of blue on it? I don\'t know what it is, or why it\'s there, but It seems to get better when I rub it with an eraser. (See the photos) Other than that, everything about it is perfect! In original box and styrofoam. Box shows wear from storage. Please study all photos for more detail on the item\'s condition, as they are part of the item\'s description. Any issues that I am aware of, will be documented in the photos. Retired. ! NR IOB

Underspecial circumstances, I may agree to accept a return, however, the buyer mustpay for return shipping and packaging. In this situation, the original shippingcosts will not be refunded. If I am atfault and the item is not as described, or I send you the wrong item, I willaccept the return and provide a pre-paid shipping label, and a full refund.

Withreturns for any reason, the buyer must report it through thereturnsprocess within three business days upon receipt of the item. The item should be returned in thesame box and packaging that you received it in.Upon my receipt and inspection, I will refund you in full as long as theitem returns to me in the exact condition as which I sent it to you.

Dueto the delicate nature of these buildings, please use extra care when removingthem from the original box. The manufacturer packs them so securely inthe styrofoam (which is a good thing) but sometimes they are difficult to getout and damage could occur if youaren\'tcareful. :) I will not be responsible for such damage andwill not accept a return or refund in this situation.

Inthe unfortunate case of loss or damage during shipping, please do not throwaway the original packaging. Contact meimmediately and send photos of the damaged item, the box and the internalpackaging. We will work together to filea claim with the shipping company.
