Each is new and factory sealed and has not been opened or tampered with in any way so you have a legit chance of finding any of the insert cards. The value pack has 3 regular packs and one pack of 4 Atomic Refractors. The blaster box has 7 regular packs and one pack of 4 X-Fractors. These packs were the only place to get Atomic and X-Fractors new. Series 2 was released in lower numbers than series 1 making the money cards that much rarer.
