ITEM: From Georg Jensen, Denmark, here\'s a VERY RARE bangle bracelet composed of two thick pieces of silver soldered together. What\'s unique about this piece is that it has been engraved \"It Just Seems like 25 Weeks! Heeb\" Sounds like this bracelet was an anniversary present for a lady celebrating 25 years of marital bliss. The bracelet is extremely substantial and of a large size. The design number is 237B and I believe the designer was Astrid Fog.

CONDITION: Very nice - no dents, dings, etc. Because of the thickness of the silver, the engraving could be removed but considering that engraving is an extremely costly process these days, maybe just removing the HEEB would be the best bet! It\'s a great sentiment, that\'s for sure.

METAL CONTENT: Sterling Silver

HALLMARKS: 925S Denmark, Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 237B

SIZE: I have a size 7 wrist and the bangle is too big for my wrist - it will slip off easily. Probably a 7-1/2 to 8 is about right. Inside width is 2-9/16\"; width of the bangle where the two pieces overlap measures 11/16\".

WEIGHT: A weighty 65.4 - that\'s over 2 ounces of silver!

FINAL COMMENTS: I don\'t know how common, or uncommon, this design is, but I think the engraving just adds so much more to the piece! Looking at the Internet, this is a very rare bangle that retailed around $1,500.
