SUBSTANTIAL & FINE ANTIQUE MAHOGANY LATEGEORGE III LINEN PRESS W/ BALL & CLAW FEET probably mid 1800\'s Size: 79\" tall x 48\" wide x 21.5\" deep. This piece is finely made. The crown fits over a two piece case. Very heavy and very usable. The piece is enhanced with fine dentil and egg and dart moldings. Shell carved moldings on top and bottom edges. Appears to have original brasses. Interior with 3 shelves. Finely dovetailed drawers. Shows typical wear for the age. Some damage to trim and doors don\'t line up perfectly when closed.Some scratches and there are losses to the talons around the ball feet as shown in one of the rear feet. Will need some tlc.This case piece was made by one of the better cabinet makers of the \"period\". Priced to sell. This is a bargain. last price reduction.
