Nice condition the base is just a cast metal with copper coat . Some silvering shown in pics . Dog I am not too sure . If it is plated theconditionis still very nice . Base approx 8 x 5 inches light 9 inches high.Just an FYI for buyers has a rating system that is somewhat skewed in their favor .Pretty well anything less than a 4.8 /5 I am penalized by losing my closing fees discount .It is really starting to add up .The two biggest issues are Shipping costs and shipping time .These I really have no control over .
THE COSTS are calculated based on the weight and size and input into the sale ,The calculator usuallywithinadollar, I do not check everyone but if Inoticeor if you notice its an amount you would like returned .Just ask I have no problem with it .The larger items I have to guess on sometimes ,I will refund the difference or cover the extra .If it is a dollar or so more to go priority I will usually pay it myself to keep my customers happy .if cost is too high it is not because of anything I have control over .
THE TIME Iusually put up to 5 business days to be safe . I am almost always less and never ever more .This is on the sale so it is like an unwritten agreement if you purchase it .Unfortunately I have jobcommitmentsand family commitments and it is a 1 hour drive to do my mailing .If up to 5 days is too long and you wish to express your views please express them by not purchasing the itemIf mailing time after I ship is too long , it is not anything that is a unknown ,or that I am responsible for ..
