This is a really nice and luxurious Haggada that was printed in Israel about 10 years ago. The text is in Hebrew and then translated into English. The illustrations were taken from Haggadot of the 14th & 15th Centuries including the Golden Hagada, Darmstadt, Yoel ben Shimon haggadot, Machzor Leipzig, and the Milton prayer book. ALL of the illustrations are in bright colors, some of them taking up an entire page!
This Medieval Hagada is sure to be a eye opener in any fine collection.
The cover of this Haggada is a reproduction of one of the haggadot used which had a leather cover (but this is glossy and hardcover).
Measures 6 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches. Very good condition. 68 pages.
This particular copy was given to the valued customers of an Israeli bank.
