GORGEOUS ANTIQUE BRETON DOLL WITH EXQUISITE ANTIQUE CLOTHING OO74

This unusual antique doll is early plastic. It had elastic connectors for the hands and the feet and the connector for the arms broke. Consequently, one of the arms is lost and the other is loose. Her face is a bit squashed (see photo). What is unique about her is the quality of the clothing she wears. She has a red wool dress which is elaborately decorated with beautiful blue floral ribbon, silver braid, silver scalloped lace as well as beautiful handmade lace in her hair. The clothes are in generally good though faded condition. She bears a label inside her dress that says “les poupees de Bretagne, made in France.”
