GORGEOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH GILT BRONZE CIEL DE LIT/ BED CANOPY COURONNE .This gorgeous antique gilt bronze French ciel de lit or bed corona dates to first half of the last century and has a lovely warm gilt bronze patina and is in good condition with a lttle expected wear to the finish. There are three intricately scrolled and curved arms and a chain for hanging above the central finial. It has a pierced repousse drapery ring and measures 22 ins in height including the hanging of 15 ins chain, and the repousse curtain drapery ring is 9 & 3/4 ins in diameter. This antique gilt bronze ciel de lit would add a charming and romantic embellishment for any boudoir. Sorry but the drapes are not included in the sale.
