THANK YOU for considering our supe finely engraved in the Art Nouveau tradition Philadelphia \"Lion\" model 18 size, open face, 20 year yellow gold fill, pendant set and slot right, screw-back-and-bezel, fancy dress or railroad case! Here\'s a real beaut of a case featuring a blank rectangular area in back for a monogram, surrounded by classic floral patterns, and a couple of nice smooth areas, all framed in delicious beading work and finely milled case body edge!! This 100% all-original and choice case is in fully serviceable condition. I have restored and detailed this case right down to the threads and the crystal ledge so you get the best looking and working case possible! The back and bezel thread up easily, screw on and off smoothly, and both seat tight. The matching original crown\'s fluting is still very well defined for a tight, sure grip, and it turns freely and extracts properly to set pendant-set time. The bow is also its matching original, shows light brass but no damage, and holds tight to positions. The crystal is missing and will need to be replaced. This fine case fits all standard-featured pendant-set and lever-set movements. The case does show remarkably minimal wear for its age, including light and very evenly distributed carrying wear, zero doodlings, a little area of repair damage inside that just barely translates to the exterior, zero brass except to the bow, and no sign of any dents, dings, dimples or depressions other than as noted and two micro nicks on the lower edge of the bezel only! This fantastic looking high-grade Philly Lion case is exceptionally well appointed, bears all the hallmarks of a bygone era of style and repose, made as well as a case can be, working most magnificently, a real gem piece, and will be a great acquisition for the lucky top buyer!
