Hi everyone, thanks for having a look at my sales. Listed this week is a Very FineLarge AsianEstate Collection. If you have been watching my sales over the past couple weeks you would have already seen some of the great items that have already sold from the collection. This is a really great sale, you just never see fresh from estate collections like this come up for sale these days, and mostly with s! There are many items listed I do not know a great deal about, so I am sure there are some really great treasures to be found!

Up for sale is a Very Fine 19thc Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Lidded Tea Caddy Jar. The Jar is superbly and intricately detailed throughout, really one of the finest quality examples I have seen and much nicer than my photos show. The Jar has beautiful Famille Rose Bird Scenic designs, along with turquoise enameled interior making it very practical for use. The Jar also has a nice old patina to the bronze mounts. The Jar is in very fine original condition with some fine glaze lines, light wear and two tiny areas of enamel loss to the lid, all of which is only noticeable upon close inspection. The Jar is a nice size for practical use and displaying measuring 5-1/2 inches tall by 4-1/2 inches wide. You do not see many examples of this very fine quality come up for sale. The Box would make a great addition to any collection or make a fine and unique gift.
